    you get 19+1+14+20+1 = 55 = 5x5 =25. Now mirror the number 25 and you get 52 = 5-2 = Illuminati pyramid has 3 sides. Santa = Illuminati confirmed!

I did some searches and didn't find much on the topic but my bad if someone already brought this up. I think most people here played TW where budokai was twice a week. The best thing about HK is that they had tournys everyday. I would like to hear what the drawbacks of having them everyday is cuz I don't see any. If no one else can come up with some valid points to why there shouldn't be Adult and Kid Budokai everyday, hopefully it will be implemented in DBOR. Thoughts?...

Ruins the point of the title.
Basically what happens when people bought titles at the end of TW, since the economy was stupid.

That's too much, not everybody have time to do budokai everyday.
And when it's once a week (Jr and adults), it's chill.

Yeah, daily Budokai would just be anarchic.

Since I never played the game, I don't exactly know if there's anything similar... but would it be possible to create "friendly" matches on the other days, even? Mini tournament style bouts that maybe reward some Zeni but otherwise don't affect Budokai rankings or anything like that?

I'm not a huge PVP player so it wouldn't make much difference to me, but I guess (if it would be viable) it might be suitable for the players who want to do tournaments more often, without burning out the concept of the Budokai Tenkaichi in general.

Should be like TW server and it's fine.

First day of DBOR there's a budokai...everyone has noob gear, now that's something I want to see people. Weekly would be perfect however.

Alright. I guess lol. I didn't care as much for the title as the experience personally, but I get what you guys are saying. My main reason for wanting it everyday is because of my schedule (other's as well). Most people are free weekend evenings (assuming at least half would be on weekends and scramble as well) I am not however. But maybe I can make one during the week.

Everyday budokai Hk was the best because you didn't have to break your schedule to play on a Wednesday or saturday or the other two days.

That is a good point, though. Some people do have too much on in their lives to be on for the Budokai tournaments.

And what about timezone differences? I guess late afternoon GMT would be the most fair since it sits on the opposite side of the world as the international date line so it gives the most coverage for players in America/Europe/Australia/Asia, but even if it's the most fair it still wouldn't be the most comprehensive. :/

Normally in MMO's they'd have different times for different servers, but since there's only going to be (I think, at least at launch?) one DBOR server, that isn't really an option. At least, off the bat.

Maybe there's a fairer way to do it - a way that allows the Champ to remain champion for a few days, while giving players with different timezones/life schedules more opportunities to play.

Budokai everyday is not good idea imo.
1. Title will become to easy to get, so it will means nothing.
2. Budokai weapons and dogis ( and maybe other items, depend if DBOR add something ) will become worthless.

As Xicer said, 2 times per week was too much already, 1 per week should be fine ( 1 adult and 1 kid per week )

I agree with your words, but 1 time per week is too low... because maybe someone who works (like me) can't be online and play the budokay in that day/hour... in hk for example it was every day but I played it only in sunday for a period... so I think 2 times per week in 2 different hours/days can be fine in my opinion... because everyone have the right to play it...

I think Budokai should be once a week but it should be held on a time when both EU and American (Latin America and North America :) )players can participate.

EDIT: Should be on a Saturday, some people go to School/Uni on Mondays so they can't stay up late on Sundays.

I think that the days could be sunday and thursday. So one public free day and  one normal day, so if someone works only in sunday, he could have the chance to play.

Budokai every day = 80% of people in the game with aura, and the budokai lose grace.

Agree. However if two days could be Saturday and Sunday, except Sunday on a different schedule, maybe a little earlier.

I agree to it not being on a Sunday, either. Some people need to sleep early for work or school the next day.

I work early on Sundays, too, so I'd still need to sleep earlier on a Saturday, but I think Saturday suits the majority of people better.

Wednesday and Saturday both seem like the most fair ones.

Perhaps there could be multiple Budokai tournaments for different time zones, or even days? But if you've entered one Budokai tournament, you can't enter another for a few days? That way people can't constantly participate, but it's a lot more accessable for different lifestyles. Just a thought.

Time zones, this is the major issue with Sunday and a normal week day.

I'm not sure if they can work all those technicalities in but I agree twice a week. Once on weekends and one during the week like in TW. That way Almost everyone would get to play depending on the timezone i guess. If it's the same timezone as this site then i may get to play anyway. plus people could enjoy the title for a few days. I'm just looking forward to playing period.

If it's the same timezone as the site, I'll likely never be playing a Budokai tournament. xD Which is a shame. Not a huge PVP player but if it was once or twice a week I wouldn't mind pitching in every now and then just to try it out.
