Hi Guys this is for new comers who wanna do well in PVE as Turtle hermit

The basic build I would use (keep in mind that I left you guys 5 sp to spend on your own) :


Gear basics

Wand : E.Crit%
Gloves: E.Crit%

Jacket: Focus
Pants : Focus
Boots : Constitution

You can always go for more con on armour, but dont forget your hit rate.
For armour always get diffrent sets of physical defense and Energy defense, If you rely on one set you wont do much good.

Necklace : success rate (for debuffs)
Earings   : CD reduction (for Cooldown)
Rings      : Focus (for higher hit rate)

Hope it would help you in game, as for the build, learn by it find tactics, develop your own final build. There are many variations of builds, it just need a player that know how to use it.

 Until It's cool the way you said but I disagree on some points.
For example, a turtle for PVE should use:

you want to have a varieties of gear sets as if you'r going to tank, speed, damage, etc turtle are the most expensive when it comes to gearing.

why do you miss attack speed shackle? Im talking about PVE, so keep it at that.

If i am not mistaken you can NOT use Spiritual damage bost and Spiritual damage breakthrough at same time. I mean sd breakthrough will remove sd bost.
So its waste of SP

you see,
1.I focused on having as many attacks as possible(so you can still use moves while other your main moves are on cooldown)
2.I focused on having as many knockdown moves as possible(That's why Turtle Rod Hurl is only 2/5 so that it has the knockdown effect)
3.I focused on buffs and debuffs(Also,Some people think you cannot use Spiritual Damage Breakthrough as well as Spiritual Damage Boost at the same time, that is false, you can use both of them as well as Clear Mirror Index all at once.)

One question i have is: why do people spend points on the dexterity Passive buff? I don't think its useful.

In PVE only to dodge, unless being little and seems useless, it helps. (I think are useless for pve points out, most in dbor have a cheap way to reset the build I think there is a problem)

*Sleep in pve is pointless
*dex also gives phy. crit rate, so you can crit often with turtle rod impale (its not that great but helps)

...it ain't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward...

I removed sleep and the two moves before it, and put it to the DEX passive and also improved spirit rod and turtle rod impale

EP recovery is s**t
with ep pots/autopot/food/ EP% buff(ultimate majin)/ EP regen (dende), you'll be fine

You should put SP into spiritual damage boost. Attack speed shackle can be usefull depends on what you doing, I would max it.

Attack speed shackle, well you never get chance to use it.

Slow down, spirit rod, sleep them, debuff, charge for RP, cons. disc, Kame, KD them and start all over again.

That is if they are still a live.

Spiritual dmg boost, well with all those master buffs and passives, you don't need it.

Energy reduction is better, if you face SK or Ultimates that use reflects.

You sleep them, use energy reduction and some food and without senzu and auto pot you have full LP and EP.

Soo you can use them when you really need them...

I wouldnt remove attack speed shackle, because it will make a difference against bosses PVE wise.

Your build is good for a hybrid anyways :D but im more into PVE with Turtle, I use fighter for PVP :)

Im talking about spiritual dmg boost... Are you talking about increase persisted damage time?
The build I posted above have Increase persisted damage time at 3/3.
