Double posting.

I think that double posting should not be allowed. There's really no reason to post back-to-back except for boosting your post count. I think it would be cool if either A.) you're blocked from posting in a thread if you have the most recent post or B.) if you post again and have the two most recent posts in that thread, they should automatically be merged into one post.

Yes, the most forums i've been double post wasnt allowed, I think that was a mod for SMF who did that automatically(merged the post)

Yes, this is the mod for smf, but maybe isnt full compatible for the version, but the users say can be fixed with a little fixs,maybe Dumke know how to fix it

I agree that double posting should be prohibited and I think that both of your solutions would help mend the problem.

What are you talking about? I said block them from posting on a thread that they have the most recent post. Meaning if you have the latest post in a thread and try to post again you'll get a message saying something like "You have the most recent post in this thread, you can either edit your last post to say what you want or you can wait until another person posts to make another one."

Whenever I see double posting I errase the second one and paste it in the first one but it would make our job easier if you all could report stuff like this, double posting, spamming, etc. I would thank u for that ^^
