You would get these dragonballs the same way you get the superior tier dragonballs but the chance of you getting the rare ones in very low

Da naughtyword is the point? There is already the basic quest Dbs for the low levels then there is mobs drops and then scramble dbs. I really dont see the point to another level of them.

^This. I agree with Vancha. As he said, there are already 3 different types of dragonballs in the game, quest DBs when you start, normal DBs for while leveling/questing, and scramble DBs which is end game content. Adding any more would just over do it.

Maybe what should be changed is some of the scramble wishes to contain better items/gear, and not just legendary accessories and weapons.

It's just unnecessary. New tier of Dragonballs for some better weapons/eq or any bonus.....just unnecessary. What's next? Another tier of Dragonballs only for Dogis?...we could name them Dogiballs xD
