So I'm like 173 cm?(5.6/5.7 ft?)tall , 18 y/o, weigh 60Kg(132Lbs?), I never work or do shit, I eat a lot and don't gain any fat/weight, I just got dat overload on testosterone running through my vanes I guess.I think I can only do like 60 push ups straight and I only went to the gym once in my life with my friends and as far as I can remember I could 'Lat Pull down' with wide grip 60Kg(132.277lbs?), which was like 2 years ago. Did that Bar Brothers shit for a while cause me and my friends are poor af, but we quit when school started getting a lil serious.Since I got a shitload of time now; Looking for a work out plan to get stronger/recommendations. ^^
I run track & field I currently run the 200m, 60m dash, and the 400mI have to do 200 push ups and sit ups a dayyyyyyyyyyyyIm trying to be on the national team this year ^.^
