I think it's some type of craft material but idk exactly what it's used for.

I never saw it but I doubt that it's for crafting, it wouldn't be so rare

I can assure you it's definitely craft material, I ran across plenty craft items similar to that back in the day. I usually sold them at npc merchants for like 10k. The thing was I never knew what those particular craft items were used for, only knew armor, earrings, weapon craft items.

It is an item crafting, I dropei similar, in a SUPER /o/ box, was before the craft system be changed.
