Imo, because there's no point to make guild forums now, with old dbo guilds.

People could have forums for the guild they already have plans of making. Like for instance that Takaroku dude...I think that's his forum name, he already has a guild with members that he plans on making at the start of the server.

I see nothing wrong with making the guild forums before the game is released.

what if they add guild forums now and when the game is released diffirent people make a guild with the name of one of the guilds in the forum?

for example : I make a guild forum here naming my guild ( X ) and when the game is released someone else download the game before i do and make a guild naming it ( X )

I asked Dumke about that and he said it'll take a while to complete because of the software on the website and it's not on the top of the list.
