In all of DBZ, including the movies, it would have to be when Goku almost goes SSJ and beats the shit out of Lord Slug, but sticking strictly to the series, it would be when Goku turns SSJ for the first time.

The moment when Gohan finally lets his power explode and kills cell once and for all with the father son kamehameha. It's like all this suspense was buildin up to this moment and his full power is too much even for super perfect cell. So badass

When Krilin chopped freiza tail off when he threw the first slow destructo disk and it burst into like 20 disks that was so bad ass and honestly was not expecting a new amazing technique like that from a Krillin but it made freiza shit himself!
