i ask if a GM can go for budokai - scramble - dojos - plat - etc.

imo it should be forbidden, since they are GMs they will be overpowered, and have a gm gear. even if they make alt whit nombal gear, that gear wouldnt be fruit of hard work.
just sharing my opinion.

A gm could use regular gear. And if they use their GM powers they can be banned for a few weeks. Could that work?
The gear shouldn't be 28 dex +15 craft shirt.

GM characters are not be abused. You will not see a GM running around killing all the players and using a ban hammer like it's nothing.

problem with private servers is, you never know if a staff used his powers for someone or himself, and you can't do anything against it, i guess it's all about them having honor or not, i know from experience (had opportunity to crush a lot of fuckers like that in ragnarok france private servers) some GM would full gear a char just to have an advantage because they are weak.

(also bcuz theyre big S.O.B) i hope that anyone who might think about doing so will read my post 50000 time, bcuz yeah, i'll naughtyword you up too

I highly doubt a GM would be able to do that, they'd most likely appear if a problem arises out of nowhere, like a bug or a glitch that needs to be fixed ingame. It'd be okay for said GM to be on their own account that doesn't have any sort of GM status and is just like a regular player, like the rest of us would be

Just because someone is on the team doesn't mean they will be a GM. The GMs will be picked later in the project. They will not abuse their powers.

there's allway, soon or later, a corruption.

as an exemple, if the admin does it, who the hell will stop him?

GMs will be hand picked to prevent that corruption. Also, Gms are not on the top of the list. The project leads are on the top. There are two of us and we will prevent corruption as best as we can. If one does become corrupt we can remove them.

GM's that use to be in KR TW and HK would go to plat and kill people with there +15 weapons. It's funny.

I do however they should still be able to play and enjoy the game. They just need separate accounts that are normal like the others.

GMs that uses their power are 99% of the time weak losers, jocer cannot just be one of them even tho it's better than he stays a normal member (thx for being a contributor btw) because of all the shit that he's already gone through and will go through lol (guild wars, being flamed etc)<.<

a GM can create any item whenever he wats, i dont think someone that has the power to make that is going to have an alt char, non GM, and waste a lot of time grinding, or buying and reselling stuff on AH, when he can jus create that item on GM and trade it to his normal account.

That takes me to another question, will GM Trades be inspected by a global GM, this way no GM can gear up his friends chars.

I think you all are taking this way to seriously and common sense needs to prevail here.

A GM will have the best gear in the game, will never die. It is pointless for them to enter PvP events as it is totally unfair.

I always imagined a GM would participate in PvE events (Running of TMQs, UDs, CCBD etc) as well as sort out any bugs users may be abusing in-game.

Hell, the GM could probably go into plat and let everyone on the server try and kill them, just for the fun of it!

What you just explained is an abuse of power. That will not happen. A GM will not give their normal account every item for free if they intent to actually play the game with that character. They will also not be allowed to give away items to their friends like that. There will not be an abundant amount of GMs and the ones that do get picked will be trustworthy. You will not have to worry about these issues.
