  • Hopefully, i can remake Kyousake,my Swordsman.
This isn't actually my idea, it's actually Xellia's idea, but i decided to make it a topic on what you'd think about it?

I personally love the idea, it'd be pretty cool to do PvP in the air and fly around giant boss monsters while shooting blasts at it. Also,(this is my part of the idea) that when you target a Giant Boss Monster while flying, if you aren't a Spiritualist-type fighter, then you get to keep your own moves and also you get to toggle between Close-Combat fighting and Long-Range Combat.

it would be lame to be honest, only becuase it cant happen the way you explained. For example in the air while flghting you use sword slash or whatever skill. The feet would look grounded...IN THE AIR. Buffs in the air would look fine, but charging Ki (Pressing Z). Your feet would still look grounded but it would still look ok In the air guess.Auto attack animations would look ok if you dont look at the feet.

Pretty much everything would be fine if you didnt pay attention to the characters feet but i know some people have that huge pet peeve.

ntl was working on flying combat idk if files is in the client or not(like dwc mode new skills and ssj2-3 they was wanna put it in game)

Animations might need to be changed while in the air, but if someone could make it work(like NTL originally intended) it would make the game more like the show. But before that, is it possible to fix the weapon animations that make your gloves disappear? (my small pet peeve)

The developers are gana focus on the game before adding anything to harm it. Its a good idea and what ssjkeigo is true. But unless they make flight infinite, it ain't really worth it.

That's a given. Last I saw, a week or two ago, Son West said they haven't even been able to figure out how to make mobs work properly. I hope they've made a breakthrough since then, because this game sounds like it's going to take a lot longer to make than originally hoped.

I Agree with you Dumke, besides doing something like this would really change the game, it wouldn be DBO as we know it. Been able to fight on the air sounds amazing but i dont think it would be as smoth as it seems. Besides skills were design to be executed on the ground, it might create some problems and definitly will create new bugs.

once u played the game as a ground type combat the whole time flying just doesnt really make it sound better
