if you damage decreases the abilities of the two will end up with playing with race.
why they usually lose ja, decreasing the best of them unique techniques,
not have felt more plays to lose all the time. the fighter crit 20k, the two are not crit then never consiquiram defeat. The fighters will be a monopoly in the race.
I played a fighter, turtle, majin, sk, Dende, swordman. and easily won fighter of them want to see now. I make this claim for my friends who play karma and sk

I agree, Karma should be left the same. Without speed then how will be Kraken, Bacterian, And cell possible? I would like the skills from Sk to be left as they are. Only decrease the power of the pvp if you guys really want to. But the crucial thing here is the speed, please don't decrease the speed % of classes.

speed is shit and balance was shit in tw.
only last good balance was level 55 with reps in korean
dark warrior more tanky
sk need a good nerf in bleed
karma need a nerf in skill lock
fighter need more base damage and dex
sword need more crit%
grandma need more dmg
ultima need spin again every 6 sec with RP
plasma need more damage AOE
healer and poko need heal more
turtle is good
crane need lost in time back

Karma isn't speed only it have skills too.
Karma wins because of skill lock, stun, confuse.
If karma start to spam that you just watch how you die.
SK just maybe you should low duration of bleed debuff and that is only that.
SK need bleed for pvp, take him that and no one will play it.

SK is tanker and every race have pvp class and pve class.
Fighter - pve and sword  - PW
SK - PVP  and DW - PVE
If you want to beat SK just take anti bleed and np. I saw many times that fighters and swords who cry about SK bleed, had M.def gear and no anti bleed. Like I said bleed dmg or duration should change but save same dmg.

for more than 1 reason:
-1 put a sk and a fighter with same gear against each others.sk will win
-2 sk balance is broken.sk need same bleed?ok boost humans base LP,both def,and base attack
-3 with old balance bleed was a normal skill,but wasn't exist andtibleed and antishit items.but that cap was balanced.
-4 i can say this beacause i was play dbo since is opened and i see the difference,if u wasn't play kr before the big patch u never try this balance and i don't act like i know evertything or shit is just my english is autolearned so isn't all that good.i m not mad and i don't want to argue i just say my opinion.
-5 if u need put antibleed or accesories antisomething for fight another class is a pain in ass beacuase u lose your actually bonus u use to use(like remove dex earrings for antibleed or props)
best will be do a beta and try play with chars with all +0 items no stats.when you see every char got chance to win is balanced

Well SK and Fighter. Stun + speed fighter win. Stun + critic fighter will win. Soo lol. But yeah that yours 5th, that would be balance yeah maybe.

+0 fighter pole do shit -----> +12 pole and crit+dex items = 1 shot all
turtle with no gear is shit -----> with gear (CD) infinite combo, just watch how he kills you
karma with no gear = shit -----> wth gaar same as turtle
Thats in shot why this is stupid idea, better test characters with +12~15 EQ avearge~perfect stats then game will be balanced

Agreed, it may take more time to do things without speed, but it requires skill and patience.

i can talk good only for fighter,since in tw i don't play a lot due to real life things.i was nolife korean dbo...
i don't like speed and crit system.too much op.with that new pach is like they remove all old strategy for make all cash and easy win.hell with kr pach if u was crit u was do 20/25% more damage not triple XD and speed wasn't exist.and that was best balance,just check dbocom,nobady was complain about balance(only at the start cuz healer was heal too much and was impossible to kill)

Well yeah it was better before. This should be done in lvl 70:
Critic dmg 30% max and speed gear max 20% speed and speed skills 30% on 1 char unless karma and poko buff you with their speed buffs then you can get 100%. Fighters since they don't have KD like swords, and if you nerf their critic, they need speed to beat someone. Karma even without max speed would still be same, because of skills, hesitation and others.

I wish to return in Lvl50 (beta) or lvl55 cap without any speed attack bonus, no dodge pot, and good balance, the era where to beat something it's not, "OMG LOOK AT MY SUPA SPEED OF DOOM, and look how i touch my ballz in the same time"
