Microsoft vs Apple

Yeah Yeah I know I have now started one of the biggest debates but I really want to know what you guys think
Personally, I like windows computers better but I love my iPod Touch and the iPhone

I'm not particularly fond of Microsoft, but I vastly prefer a PC.
I don't really care about phones or stuff like tablets or music player, since I just use my Vita for that kinda thing.

But Microsoft really needs to get their crap in order. They keep "updating" Windows, and in doing so, lose functionality.

Also, I hate the X-Box consoles. There's nothing more ridiculous than a company that make a system for gamers, then does everything they can to alienate those same customers.

Windows computers because I can play games on them; Android for phone; anyone Sony and Nintendo for consoles. Apple advertises itself as "user-friendly", but they're actually quite restrictive to the tech-savvy a lot of the time, particularly with the "lock" on their iDevices. I feel like a lot of the preference for those products is due to aesthetics more than actual functionality. I think for everything they do right, they honestly do two things wrong, this coming from someone who has used Apple products quite a bit.

I have nothing against either companies, but i despise quite alot about both companies.

But personally i prefer Microsoft, or rather PC in general, since pre-made PC's don't have their parts micro-soldered together. (ahem apple)
But then Microsoft, with the "If ain't broke, break it" mentality lately, kinda shits me.

I agree with you @Kiyza, Apple is quite user friendly in the way, that you can't do anything you shouldn't be able too, unless you were to "jailbreak" it, which sorta defeats the purpose of the phone entirely.

as an owner of a iPad, iPod Touch They're good for what they're ment to be used for, but if you want added functionality, you came to the wrong neighborhood.

Apple is more simple to navigate on their Macs, phones, tablets.

Apple and Microsoft compete in some markets, but there are some markets one gets into that the other doesn't that are so different a blanket comparison of the two companies as a whole just doesn't work.
