Hi I never played DBO before it shut down, so I have no idea how "fun" it was to play. Sometimes I think people hype this game more than it deserves when they tell their DBO stories. Was it really that fun? Every game has a share of good and bad features that affect your enjoyment of the game, What do you think? Does DBO deserve the praise it gets from some people? Vote in the poll and tell us your opinion.

It was an alright game. If it had nothing to do with Dragonball there's no chance I would ever play it though. Friends and the fact that it was a Dragonball MMO was the only thing that kept me around.

I had a group of friends that I played with and we would dominate shit. It made it really fun and enjoyable.

This is a difficult question.

I had played DBO since it's TW release and played it straight till it's shutdown. For roughly 1.5 years it was a really fun game. I would of had to score it 9/10, however the last 0.5 years, it become more of a chore, apply for dojos, tournament, scramble, platform battles, it just become very tedious.

So, overall, 6/10.

It's was the best mmo ive played imo, I can't go to any other game lol. Ive never been so immersed in a game like this and tbh it was my first pc game. Tho I would have to agree if it wasn't for it being dbo I wouldn't have played it at all. Was sooo much funn especially with friends

I voted 6/10 and I was voting for more of how it was towards the end of the game. When I first started I had a lot of fun.

Well, just like everyone says. At the beggining it is really fun, but when you're high level it gets a little boring. So i'll say 8/10.

I have been since the beginning of Dragon ball online, one of the best games I've played, you could not only make friends, also multiple things, very versatile, never get tired of the game, still yearn

I had two great climaxes in this game. Back when i was noob and just questing with my friends was great.

Also, when me and my friends created an Empire called Uprise. Our skype group just expanded dramatically and took over.

It was a fun game, but it was more boring as they are much repeated missions, and it became increasingly difficult to level up, it was very bored.
But in my opinion, is an excellent game and almost always amused me!

Beginning of the game for me it got a 9/10 in the end id have to say 7/10 it was still kinda fun half of the time tho.

^This. With a mixture of the developers not releasing much content, as a long time player you do lose interest. Fair to say, it is probably the game I've ever spent the most hours I've ever spent on a video game before. It was really fun at the start.

As long as DBOR fixes most of DBO's flaws, then it should be good. In my opinion DBO was my favorite MMO I've ever played.

Honestly. I hate to say this but DBO was in a lot of areas a bad MMO. The balancing was terrible with some classes having ungodly advantages over other classes, and the game economy was screwed over when everything jumped in price over night (TW server 1 not sure about others). The combat system while it did have potential was clunky and the leveling system was very basic requiring you to just quest grind, and all the quests are essentially go kill x amount of mobs and/or find these items which are surrounded by a bunch of mobs. Also the xp you got from later quests just didn't seem to scale properly with your level. Instead of taking twice as long to level up at a higher level for example it would take 4, 5, or even 6 times the time. Getting 8000xp for a 30 min quest is stupid when you need over 600,000xp to level up. Seems a little skew to me

As I say this was all on TW Server 1 so other server may have had different balancing and economies and such.

Regardless of what I said above I had a lot of fun playing with a few of my friends and I am greatly looking forward to DBOR as im sure many of these issues will be fixed. Also te community will be a lot more vibrant I should think and that is only good news.

So I look forward to playing with you all ^^

Heck, I'll give it a 10/10. I did play the game for over 2 years straight and made tons of friends on it. Too many cool memories. Although most of the game mechanics were broken and sort of shitty, they were still fun to take advantage of. I think my favorite part about DBO was the small community and lack of GM's. Like, everyone knew each other and there was always a good chance to get recognized among the community. The guild wars were cool as well. That's really all I have to say about it!

DBOR is gonna be great~!!

7/10 it is a fun game indeed but i had like to talk with my friends and make new friends that's why i play mmo rpg games.I don't like being levling up!

That was one of the most interesting MMO i have ever played

of course there was lots of bugs or other things that were really annoying ( overpowered SK ) but after all this is Dragon Ball the best anime ever

I would give it 10/10 if not these 3 things:
-1 many glitches/bugs in a game
-1 players using those glitches/bugs
-1 bad/no events
So in final it's 7/10.

For me it's 10/10^^

Sure it had bugs and was not that balanced...and there were some "special" ppl but i still had much fun. And soon i'll have that fun again but this time the Game will be much better ;D
