    you get 19+1+14+20+1 = 55 = 5x5 =25. Now mirror the number 25 and you get 52 = 5-2 = Illuminati pyramid has 3 sides. Santa = Illuminati confirmed!

Your Ideas For a DragonBall Game

As the title says, this thread is a place for fans air the ideas for the DragonBall game they would make if they had the opportunity, from full games to minor tweaks to already existing ones, as I'm sure just about all the fans have thought about at one point or another.

Mine's below, this is going to be very long and detailed but bear with me:
Gameplay: First, Ultimate Tenkaichi's battle system needs to be revamped, remove the blast and melee ranges and the random rock-paper-scissors gameplay. The separate power meter that increases with normal attacks which fuels super attacks and ultimates was and still is a good idea, it prevents spamming, as is the block/dodge/struggle mechanic, it just needs to still be useable when you don't have ki, maybe making it easier if you do have ki but much harder if you're out.
As for the Hero mode itself, there should be a power level system in place which decides how much damage you and your opponent can cause to each other, the weaker you are than your opponent the less damage you cause the the more the stronger, eventually reaching immunity and one punch kills, the same being true for your opponent as well, though supers and ultimates could bypass this if the difference in power level wasn't TOO extreme. The power levels for characters would be roughly what would be appropriate for that DB villain or hero at the time in the series you are at that point(more on that later.)
In hero mode there should be a master/apprentice system, but with actual interaction with your master on a frequent basis instead of fight people mindlessly like in Ultimate Tenkaichi. It would be similar in many ways, such as learning their attacks, only if they've already learned them at that point learning their fighting style, which would determine various satistics, for instance the punches of Yamcha's style would hit faster and more often but cause less damage, and training with them would be one of the ways your power level would increase.
The character creation itself would have varied options, including skin color, hair style, and gender, and you would be a wide selection of species to choose from but you would always start the game in a child form (more on this later), what you could look like be limited at first but more and more options unlocked as the game progressed. Also, the name would be a predetermined set to make voiced dialogue easier. For the species, there would be have "Skills/changes" that each species would learn over the course of the story, mostly buffs to keep each balanced power levelwise, with some being able to get more or less than others. There would also be innate bonuses for each species based on what they had in the series while still being balanced. Here's a list of species I'd use, their power level potential (how quickly they increase their power levels)how many skills/changes they can get by comparison as well as at least a couple examples, their innate abilities, and origin stories. (I'm going to try to make it like a in game description, so is the longest part of this post, feel free to skip it once you've got the idea, I'll continue with the story and the exploration this.)

Human
Power Level potential: Initially lowest of all, can increase due to skills/changes.
Skill/Changes: 2 highest number of skills, most effective skills. i.e.
Android Mark 1: [Player Character's name] (I'll just put player from now on) has been turned into an android. Increases your current power level and increases your power level potential.
Android mark 2: Requires Android Mark 1. (Can't get it otherwise) Replaces Android Mark 1. Player has been upgraded. Further increase in power level and potential.
Energy Drain: Requires Android Mark 5. Player has been installed with the Energy Drain modification. Player can now Drain the energy of opponents in battle. Can also drain opponents dry after battle with them, killing them. Note: This is an evil alignment action if done after battle towards the innocent, good action if done to Evil characters (more on this later).
Infinite Energy Furnace: Requires Android mark 10. Ki is always full.
Fusion Dance: Fuses with another human character during the duration of one battle, massively increased power level (every species can get this except Majins and Cell Prototypes, and Potara wouldn't be .)
Innate ability: Human Spirit: Will survive one attack at would otherwise kill the player at 1 HP once per battle.
Origin: Born on a small village, Player has always dreamed of becoming powerful, sometimes he/she would dream of being the most power martial artist alive, and sometimes a selfless protector of the innocent, and sometimes he/she wanted to be rich by force. Eventually, the child could stand to live is boring life no longer, and set out into the world to find their destiny.

Namek
Power level Potential: 2 lowest. Can be increased with Skills/Changes.
Skills/Changes:
Ultra Divine Water: Increases your power level and (humans and nameks only) increases your power level potential. (everyone can get this one.)
Size increase: Player Doubles in size, power level increases for the duration of battle. Increases damage +2 and +5 defense.
Namekian Fusion: Requires pure alignment: Player has permanently fused with another Namekian. Power level and potential increase.
Super Namek: Player has reached a power level threshold. Power level potential increases.
Innate ability: Namekian Regeneration: Restores 20,000 points (2 bars) of health once per battle.
Origin: Sent away from Namek at a young age, Player eventually lands on Earth. Impatient and brash, Player leaves the confort of the ship he arrived in to explore
(For Frieza/Cooler/King Cold I'll go with:)

Changeling
Power level potential: 3rd lowest, increases with skills/changes
Skills:
1st form: Activated. (Once a form is unlocked you can stay that way if you want.) Player's inital form. (about the same as Frieza's 1st form) No benefits
2nd form: (Like Frieza's second form...you get the idea) Activated. Player has reached a power level threshold. Transformation unlocked. Power Level and potential increases.
3rd form: Activated. Player has reached a power level threshold. Transformation unlocked. Power Level and potential increases.
4th form: Activated. Player has reached a power level threshold. Transformation unlocked. Power Level and potential increases.
100% power: 4th form only. Power level multplies by ten but gradually decreases by 1000 points every 5 seconds.
5th form: (Cooler's form) Activated. Player has reached a power level threshold. Transformation unlocked. Power Level and potential increases.
6th form: (new transformations would be something I'd like to see) Activated. Player has reached a power level threshold. Transformation unlocked. Power Level and potential increases.
Innate ability: Changling survival: Allows Player to take up 10,000 points (1 life bar) without dying, unless the opponent is evil/pushed too far (they wouldn't let you live). (Reference to Frieza's survival after being cut in half)
Origin: Raised as part of the Planet Trade Federation by his father, Frieza, Player has watched his father destroy many planets. However, Player has yet to find the enjoyment his father has in this destruction. One day, Frieza decides it is time Player destroys their first planet by themselves, and sends Player off alone to complete a sale.
Frieza: This should take you a few years but be an easy task, either destroy Earth my son... or I will eventually do so, and kill you along with it, understand?
So, Player lands on Earth, will Player complete his mission?

Majin
Power level potential: 2nd highest
Skills: No unique skills. Can't use fusion.
Innate ability: Absorption. Player is able to absorb people they utterly defeat (last fight with them) Power level is increased by the Power level of the one absorbed. Learn the fighting style and techniques of the one absorbed instantly. Appearance changes to fit an mixture of Player's orginal look and all absorbed Note: Absorbing good characters is an evil action, absorbing evil characters is a netural action (you can still get pure good by other means).
Majin Regeneration: Player will gradually restore any lost health as the battle goes on.
Origin: Ages ago, in his secret laboratory in the middle of empty space, the wizard Bibidi created several Majins in an attempt to create the ultimate being of destruction. Bibidi created many failures, ones that were either too weak to survive or not evil enough for his liking, and the failures were disposed of in a magical furnace. One day, Player was created in yet another of Bibidi's experiments. Player had a great potential for power, but was weak initially and did not have as evil a heart as Bibidi was looking for, so Player was disposed of. Rather than burn to ashes like all the others, small bits of Player managed to survive and pass out with the waste. Eventually, Player regenerated, but was so weak from the furnace that he/she fell into a deep sleep. Player drifted though space for millenia, eventually landing on Earth. Awakened from their slumber by the impact, Player begins wandering this strange new world...

Cell Prototype
Power Level Potential: Initally same as the human, can be raised though DNA acquisition/Absorption.
Skills: Acquires a somewhat weaker version of the innate abilities of the Species they have acquired the DNA of/absorbed. No other unique skills. Can't use fusion.
Innate ability: DNA Acquistion: After defeating an opponent, Player can choose to acquire a sample of their opponent's DNA, which changes the look of Player, Player acquires the innate abilities of the absorbed species, and increases their power level potential if the opponent's is higher. (Free action, does not effect alignment or dialogue choices.)
Absorption: Player can absorb an opponent they have utterly defeated. Has the same effect as DNA Acquistion but also increases Player's power level by the amount the absorbed had. (Good people absorbed=evil evil people absorbed=)
Origin: During the early days of the Red Ribbon Army, Dr. Gero sought to create the perfectly powerful, perfectly intelligent, and perfectly obedient weapon. Dr. Gero acquired DNA samples from the strongest and most intelligent personnel of the Red Ribbon Army including himself, and spliced them together into an embryo. After a gestation and programming period of 10 years, the child was ready. Dr. Gero Cristened this prototype "Cell" (you can still name them whatever) and sent it out into the world to gather data on it's performance, as well as giving it the ability to gather better DNA for itself.

Saiyan (the one everyone was waiting for! yay!)
Power level Potential: Highest before skill/change increases, and the Saiyan has few of potential increases.
Skills:
Great Ape: Only useable outdoors and at night during a full moon. Activated during battle(more on this later). Player Transforms into a Great Ape. Greatly increases size. Multiplies power level by 10, lose control over Player for the duration of the battle. Transformation undone if hit with any "Cut" super/ultimate
Control the Beast: Player has transformed into a Great Ape enough times to control it. Player will now be able to control themselves as a Great Ape in battle. (You would get this not long before the Saiyan saga but lose your tail after that saga until GT, so it wouldn't be a game breaker).
Super Sayian: Player has unlocked the legendary warrior of the Saiyans. Must transform each battle. Appearance changes. Power level is multiplied by 50 over base form(SS2 100, SS3 200, SS4 300).
Legendary Super Saiyan: Player has unlocked the hidden potential within their DNA. Must transform each battle. Power level is multiplied by 70 over base (LSS2 125, LSS3 220, LSS4 320. (My idea is that Legendary Super Saiyan would be a more effective but also much more difficult to acquire than the basic Super Saiyan.)
Innate ability: Warrior race's blood: Increases Player's power level very gradually throughout a battle, the longer the battle the more the power level is increased.
Near Death Strength: If Player is defeated and survives (or goes to the afterlife instead of being a game over because they will be revived.) Player's power level greatly increases.
Origin: The Saiyans are a intergalactic Pirate force, destroying planets for those that play them enough money and technology. Player is just another of the countless Saiyan babies programmed to go to these planets to exterminate all life. Player is sent to Earth to assist Kakarot in it's destruction, but their ship does not properly land on the planet and Player's Saiyan programming is scrambled in the crash. Player is captured by Government forces and studied as an alien, but eventually breaks out at the age of 12. Now, Player is a confused child, wandering the world with strange voices in his head telling him to destroy. Will he/she listen?

Now, to the story. The game would begin just at the beginning of Dragonball and end just after GT. There would be a alignment system, starting at netural and heading to either pure hearted or pure evil. It would determine how characters react to you, if the devilmite beam would affect you, and whether you could ride the nimbus cloud, and what masters would be available. However, your choices would have far greater impact. For instance, you can follow the DB, DBZ, and GT storylines to a T if you make the right choices, if you want to be a casual observer that helps move the story along, you can. Or you can throw the entire storyline of the Animes off the rails, whether you're good or evil you can do this. While events will follow the same saga format, i.e. you'll still go through Pilaf's castle, fight in the world tournament, serve/destroy the Red Ribbon army, etc. You can change things, a few examples
Evil:
-If you kill/absorb Yamcha the first time you meet him, he wouldn't have met Goku and thus would not be resurrected, so he wouldn't appear for the rest of the game.
-You can work for the Red Ribbon Army, finding the Dragon Balls for them and thwarting Goku. (If your consistently evil any of the Z-fighters that it would make sense them to appear would be your nemeses most of the game until GT, where you'd kill them for good.)
-You could even stop Goku from destroying the Red Ribbon Army at all, thus they would be around the rest of the game providing missions, funds, and equipment for you. The android saga would still happen, but 16, 17, 18, and Cell's origins would be different.
-Masters such as the Crane school and Frieza would be available, assuming you weren't really evil and killed your teacher after fighting them.
-You'd have access to skills and equipment good people wouldn't, such as the black nimbus cloud.

Good:
-Do things right, and you can usurp Goku, become the Hero of the Dragonball in his place, HE would play second fiddle to YOU.
-If you are killed in battle you will be resurrected by the Dragonballs after the saga's over, instead of getting a game over.(If you're Good and are killed when Goku is supposed to by Raditz for instance you go to the afterlife to train like Goku did, but you don't need to to beat the game.)
-You would be mentored by the Z-fighters and THEIR masters such as Master Roshi.
-You would have access to skills and equipment evil people wouldn't, such as the power pole.
Either way:
-You can become the world champion every year from the first one of the game to all the rest throughout the game. Yes, You can be world champion for decades straight, assuming you could win every time.
-You'll fight most all of the villains and heroes at some point, sometimes several times if you don't kill/absorb them when it's avaliable.
-You can get the dragon balls and wish for various things if they aren't important to the plot during that saga, (rare moments to be sure) and this won't affect your alignment, including immortality, with which you can still be beaten, but not killed.

World exploration: It would be a much larger map than in previous games, you can travel by various means, running, vehicles including planes, the black/normal nimbus cloud, and once your character learns how, fly. You could also acquire the Dragonballs and wish for various things at certain points where they aren't plot critcal, though they'd be harder than usual to get, and you can wish for things such as money, increased power levels, equipment (more on that later) and as mentioned even immortality.
As for the exploration itself, in addition there would be people you can terrorize (evil)or save (good)in various places throughout the world that change from saga to saga, they aren't randomly littered everywhere and have at least a little personality. There would be various enemies to fight off too. There would also be money, equipment, skills, masters and even just fun scenes all over the map that you wouldn't get to otherwise if you followed the beaten path. In populated areas like cities, you can buy things, steal, destroy and kill people, but there would be a "Wanted" level that would cause police, swat teams, and eventually military to attack you, and if you beat all of them one of the Z-fighters would show up and be much more powerful than they would otherwise. If you managed to beat them you would be clear to do whatever you wanted for a while before the wanted level would start again.

Money: There would be Zenni to buy things in the game, and what you can buy are modes of transport, training equipment,(makes training more effective) melee weapons, and armor.
Weapons and Armor: Weapons would all be melee and they would increase the amount of damage you do, while Armor would reduce the amount of damage you take. Both would be useless after your opponents would get to a certain power level, as weapons break hitting them with it, except for the unbreakable ones, and your opponent's attacks would go right through armor, so you'd have to buy more and more advanced stuff as the game went on.
WHEW!!! That was long. Overall this game I envision would take about 40 hours if you did everything, but only on a single playthrough. I don't know how reviewers manage to get everything in without making walls of text like this one, but I'd definitely envy them.

Actually in ultimate tenkaichi you do less damage if you dont do training and get Enhancements and put them in a skill set. Since when you complete a battle in hero mode (i mean a battle thats part of the storyline of hero mode like fighting ginyu and all that) Your stats increase so if i got to Omega shenron and my stats Were extremely low means ill do less damage but doesnt stop me from winning if u win alot of the chain combos.

And i Admit yea the battle system does need to be revamped Though ive never complained about it until now (i won alot thats why xD)

In my opinion though Ultimate tenkaichi was and is still fun to me.

I know, but it could've been SO much better in so many ways. Really, what I posted earlier I've had in my head pretty much since I picked up Budokai 1, and Ultimate Tenkaichi was simply the closest to that which has come out so far.

Yea it had alot of potential but They apparently blew it. You should try DBZ Battle of Z that game is actually quite fun.

Not really, just enough to get the general gist of things. I'm overflowing with ideas when it comes to this, so I decided to just go nuts and toss in everything.

I posted this on another forum a long time ago, I just copied it over.

I think what would look epic is a 3D dbz game. like the legend of zelda how there's a boss and shit and you fly to different island (very big open world) you know this kinda sounds like DBO lol...

I'd just like a solid action RPG. One with side missions and movie missions included, etc.

I'm mean, Dragon ball Saga's had the right idea but it generally wasn't very good and was kinda buggy.

If they could somehow get the fine line between Dragonball Z saga's , LOG and Dbz Nes games, I'd be happy.

It wouldn't have to cover all the saga's. Just that it had enough content and online co-ops to keep poeple intrested till the sequal.

This very well what you do to express your ideas to the team revelations dbo, but I think it is time to take them into account, maybe later, TODAY PRIORITY IS THAT THE SERVER OUT AND READ AS BEFORE, then the time make the required improvements to the demand of gamers.

Probably Raging Blast 1 graphics since that looked the most like the anime.
Raging Blast 2 gameplay
BT3 Roster
DBO+UT Char Creation
Galaxy Mode+Story Mode
All What if sagas from all other games
The option for the original funimation voices, kai voices, or japanese voices
All the music that they had (bruce falconeer music)
BT2 Story Mode
Epic and long cutscenes.
