Well they can't have a CS with items available for real money, because legal issues.
So that's a thing...
Maybe CS items will be obtainable through events.

or you could pay huge amounts of zeni for it maybe
but i believe that they are just adding npcs to take the place of the items
like for skill reset just have npc
changing name and guild name just have npc

for things like skill reset books and important stuff i would rather it be obtained through difficult events rather than just ncps.

yah but what about all the items you ONLY get through cash shop. thats when i said events. events are prob the best idea so that everyone does not get too OP.

Ofcorse there are going to be cash shop items, you will buy them with zeni or get though events

i would perfer hard events. maby you could get some of the cash shop items when you trade silver coins when you beat the boss(just a suggestion).i just want something good enough so that not everyone has them and gets op!
