This project is here since like 2011 he had some meetings with namco bandai but i dont think it will happen i love his stuff though
Spoiler for Hidden: I believe his work affected Xenoverse.
IT DOEN'T EVEN HAVE TO BE CALLED RAGING BLAST 3 THE CREATOR TREEVAX SAID AND GO LOOK AT IT FIRST. IT WILL TURN YOUR OPINION RIGHT AROUND, TRUST ME!!!!
I've already seen it. And had it come before Xenoverse, it may have had a chance. But considering how well XV did, both critically and financially, I'd estimate it has less than a 5% chance of happening.
I don't get how his work affected XV, like...in the slightest.
Xenoverse has much better graphics than the previous games because it looks like the anime. Before Xenoverse the console games didn't look like the anime. Boss battles are much better than Ultimate Tenkaichi in Battle of Z and Xenoverse maybe because Treevax showed them a better formula to build on? Creating a character in Xenoverse is much better in Xenoverse with new clothes, hair styles, moves..etc. This could be because they looked at Treevax's work. Eventhough Xenoverse doesn't look like Raging Blast 3, i still think it had some sort of an impact on Namco Bandai's view of a true Dragon Ball Z game.
I personally hated how the models looked in xv.
I hope that bandai remake budokai tenkaichi 3 and add an online and create character mod on it
Same here. The other games looked more like the anime. XV looked weird. But if the next game is good then I can look past it. I want a Dragon Ball rpg like Kotor.
Raging Blast 1 and Burst Limit. His work looks like they'd be stuff from the anime, Xenoverse does not look like the anime more like these. They were trying for an anime/3D look (clearly). Boss battles aren't that different from actual battles. Bosses have naughtyword no-staggering with multiple HP bars, or are giant with certain areas to attack. The clothing in Xenoverse is based on this horrible game called DBO, not Treevax's work. And even then, there are BARELY any original pieces of clothing in Xenoverse. The hairstyles in Xenoverse are almost identical to DBO and the DB series. It has very few hairstyles that are original. The only new moves in the game are for the new character/DBO characters.
I actually liked BT3 the most out of all the DBZ games I've actually had and played through completely but not because I consider it the best game or anything. I've only played two DBZ games and completed the story mode 100% and those are BT2 and BT3.BT2, while it had a way better story mode, it had least characters and the combat sucked (at least in Wii) because you barely even moved the controllers. In BT3, the combat felt more immersive, where you had different movements you could do with your controller for different attacks so doing a Kamehameha actually felt like doing one. I remember Wii combat for BT2 was all about aiming at the screen all the time and to use skills you had to press a button and aim out of the screen in a different direction depending on the skill. Not to mention the block mechanic... That shit was horrible.Of course, that's for the Wii gameplay. I bet controls in other consoles were neat for BT2, making it a better game than BT3 since the latter's story is so, so bad I don't even like doing it. I'd usually do the story myself on duel mode or something, skipping the whole dialogue part and going directly to the fights. Before you can hate on me Nia, remember these are the only DBZ games I've actually had for more than like 2 days and played through the whole thing. I unlocked all the content and secret items in them and stuff... I did play Xenoverse for some time but the experience was horribly slow and glitchy because of my craptop (and I'm quite sure I mentioned this earlier in this same thread) but I still liked it way more than BT2 or BT3.
A Dragon Ball game like Knights of the Old Republic?...Like... a BioWare Dragon Ball game?.........That might be a bit too awesome for the universe to comprehend.
