So just ignore the base class skills?
Would an energy-based fighter be on par with a turtle hermit as far as damage output goes or is it a no contest? kinda debating but i know i want something that can be flashy and can fill any role needed as far as damage and possible tank
is there a build that performs well in both?
I don't think such builds exists, either you are a PvE god or a PvP god, or a bit of each.
srry sir, but that don't apply to a good turtle, have a nice day. (at least at the old DBO, lets see what happens with DBOR )
I don't really understand the passive buff, "Increase Persisted Damage" what does it do?
is this good build : http://dborevelations.com/forums/index.php?action=skillcalc_class4#Turtle-Hermit-21001004001001001000330030011255511333134432200
I tweaked your build a little: http://dborevelations.com/forums/index.php?action=skillcalc_class4#Turtle-Hermit-01001004001001001000330330051251411033134432500Don't bother leveling the 2nd passive in the Turtle Hermit tree (3 SP for 57 Energy Attack? Better off having DoT maxed). Estentially, you want Turtle Rod strike and Spirit Rod maxed because of the decrease in movement and the damage (which is critical against fighters/swordsmen in PvP).The build I linked also does well in PvE with Consecutive Disks and both Kamehameha waves maxed out doing big damage in PvE.Attack Speed Shackle could be a viable option as well in PvE but you'd have to alter a few of the PvP skills.
Why max both turtle rod strike and spirit rod? Both have more duration of movement decrease than cooldown.. so 1 skill is enough you can spam the effect of movement decrease..As spirit rod is the strongest i would max that skill.
