Let me explain why this is pointless to the best of my knowledge.60 frames per second might be ideal when you're dealing with computer animation or video games, but it wouldn't really do anything for Dragon Ball. It's a very cheaply made anime and there are far less than 60 frames of actual animation per second. My dad's something of an animation buff and really enjoys their animated films. He's able to point out very easily that there's an enormous difference between the anime I watch -- even Studio Ghibli films -- and a Disney movie. To give you a rough idea of what I'm talking about, traditionally animated Disney films are at 12 frames per second. Dragon Ball, I've realized from .gif making, is animated at a variable frame rate with regards to actual frames of animation as opposed to the number of frames the DVD will play every second.Since the actual animation is moving at less than 12 frames per second, upscaling the frame rate wouldn't do anything. That's because there are only so many frames that are actually animated in the first place. In other words, if you wanted 60fps to do anything at all, you'd need the series to have more actual frames of animation in the first place. Unless you intend to draw those frames, that means it's doing nothing.
It's a little more Fluid on some scenes, but also stutters, especially when the camera is panning.I prefer the Original Version. Looks better imho.I thought it was forbidden to post illegal stuff on here? You're essentially uploading full episodes... O.o
I'm going to upload more episodes so once I get to the fights you can see if there is a bigger difference. Some of you guys are saying there isn't a big difference. I really feel like my eyes are a lot more at ease watching the 60FPS version. Even if you think it's not better, is it more comfortable watching?
A video game with 30 FPS vs a game with 60 FPS is a HUGE difference. Compared to that, this difference in DBZ with 60 is very little. It's still better looking for the eye but you can't benefit as much from it as you could from a game.
i would watch dragonball even if it was in black and white.
