Hey bros, whatsup? So, I thought I'd start a discussion thread based on games that either we grew up with or still play to this day that nobody seems to pay attention to anymore, or did in the first place. What gems of the past do you still look fondly on?For me, it has to be Runescape. It was my first MMORPG ever, and my best friend and I played the heck out of it. We started playing it a few years after release, and I loved it so much. I was a tank archer, it was great! I pick it up every once in awhile to this day, and I feel like no one plays it anymore. I mean, sure there are a few players, but people don't really PLAY IT anymore. Nobody talks outside of advertising, and there are typically only about 200 people max per server. I remember when there used to be thousands of players on a single server, and you'd go pretty much anywhere and run into interesting conversation. Now it's like a barren wasteland. But enough about me, once again what's a game you like or used to like that nobody plays anymore?
Runescape is still played, it's just it's been divided to 07 and RS3. It's not heavily played, but still very played. Also bots are still there for you!As of my game, I gotta say Bionic Commando for Xbox. Man that multiplayer was fun as hell but it died really quickly.
Some games like Epic Duel and AQ worlds. Though people still play them, the people who play them are diffrent generation for the most part. So maybe that counts? There is also Sonic Adventure 2 Battle.
AQ Worlds...man that brings back memories. And SA2B? I always thought that was one of the most beloved Sonic games.
Ahh the nostalgia....the list I can make is absolutely endless...Consoles:Spoiler for Hidden: - NES/SNES: Punch-Out, Any Mario, any Legend of Zelda, Bomberman, Super Soccer, MegaMan- N64: StarFox64, Goldeneye, Mario64- GC: StarFox: Assault, Super Mario Strikers, Viewtiful Joe, Tales of Symphonia, Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles,- PS1/PS2: Star Wars Battlefront 2, Tales of (Abyss, Legendia, Phantasia, Destiny, Eternia), GTA (Vice City and SA)- Wii: Brawl, MarioKart Wii. Really the only two games you should ever play on the Wii.- PS3: DB Raging Blast 2 (everyone likes that game but no one plays it anymore), Soul Calibur 5 (I see lots of people online...but no one I know irl actually plays it), Splinter Cell: Blacklist (there are probably a lot more games but I'm really tired at the moment)PC:Spoiler for Hidden: - Runescape- any version of 'Adventure Quest' including BattleOn, DragonFable, MechQuest, Adventure Quest Worlds.- MapleStoryAny version of Gameboys and/or DS:Spoiler for Hidden: - Golden Sun 1 & 2- Breath of Fire 1 & 2- LOZ: Link to the Past...though I'm sure people still do run throughs of this every so often. Just don't know too many ppl who do.- Pokemon G/S/C version. I'm pretty sure Gen 1 and 3 are played more often then Gen 2 is nowadays...which is disappointing mainly because Gen 2 was my favourite Gen being biased in all (it was the first Gen I ever played).- Rhythm Heaven- LOZ: Phantom Hourglass (Have I ever mentioned I was surprisingly skilled in that game's multiplayer? No mean to brag but I'd wreck every person I came across in that game. My ranking was really high...until people started to d/c to save their ranking)- Advance Wars
FreeJack Online *fastens hipster glasses* Almost no one knows about this game but i miss it alot.its a Parkour racing game with mmo elements .Spoiler for Hidden: some game-play from my channel
