It basically was very effective, would put an SK (which has very high base EP) out of EP in like 20seconds if he didn't use pots, add to this the EP that he'll use, and the one that you'll drain with both drain 350 ep spells, so against MAs for exemple it was broken

I didn't max banishing breeze because the CD increases by 12 seconds and you already have detoxifying breeze to heal poison. Only gave you two attacks because with such low CD on the skills you can almost spam them. Maxed Critical Defense because I think it will help with your damage quite a bit to crit more often. Special surprise punch could be very useful in 1v1 pvp but outside of that not so much. And shield, I think, will come in handy a lot in team pvp and team pve (solo pve as well). I didn't max spiritual resistance cuz I don't think it will be very effective unless you plan to stack dex on your gear. Maxed skill duration up to increase the length of time for buffs of course but also to have Candy Beam last ~13 seconds. That will come in handy in pvp/team pvp if you plan on doing so. Imo, Grand Chef at lvl 38 cap will be best utilized in team pvp/pve but especially team pvp. Hope I covered everything and hope this helps.

Ironically I thought the spin was horrible xD because it had such a long cd... But you say that it can kill every thing in a couple of seconds. So I guess by the time you round up the next group the cd should be back. It's the spin for chef also strong? Or the donkey slash is good enough?
