There hasn't been a new post on dbocom in about a week but a lot of people go there for the tools and info it has. I don't think Citrinate cares that much about the site anymore because there's nothing to update, I haven't seen him post in like a year. I always see him on steam though, he has about every game that was ever made lol. Dbocom is a good site and I'm glad he kept it up. I like the look of it and all of the history it has. Maybe once DBOR launches or the official DBO comes back somehow he'll start updating it again.
I have most of the tools directed back at dbocom, as his ads wouldn't generate enough to keep the website self sustaining. So, that in it's self is lovely.I still check everyday, to make sure the site stays clean. (spam bots still target the site) among other things.Citrinite's a good bloke.
You're both good blokes helping the DBO community And I wouldn't be mad in the slightest if you kinda copied dbocom's site design someday and make the backdrop of this site look like we're inside the world of DBO
I don't know why he hasn't made an announcement to redirect everyone over here. It would help a lot of people honestly.
Well, I haven't been on Dbocom in awhile. Sad since i signed up for that forum 4 years ago. I went to see it and wonder what the future was like for it. Went to the member list and saw that there are almost 500 pages of new members since the closing of DBO. Which is pretty sad because it shows how many people came across the game but never got to play it.Thats 479 pages of members signed up after October 31st. 30 members on each pages which gives a little over 14,000 members who came across the game after it shutdown. Now maybe it's Citrinate trying to save his website but i doubt it.Kinda sad.
There's not much we can do for the site. Keep in mind DBO is shutdown and that forum was dedicated to the game. You have me nostalgic moments of dbocom but what can we do. People are here now because DBOR is reviving the game. The site still exists but people wont go there just to talk about old times
Probs cause, as most pages, they are waiting for a release before doing anything and it's understandable. There'll be lots of new incoming people from different sites once the time comes, for sure
I'm sure he will when it's out, if he still goes on his site. His last post was July 2013.
