Have you tried using Adwcleaner yet?Download it from bleepingcomputer.com
Did you try the program I suggested? It's not an anti-virus program, but it can show you what programs have malware stored in them, and has a button that allows quick access to remove them (such as various installers). The downside is, it won't recognize every program with malware stored in it, and it won't be able to tell if plug-ins are contaminated most of the time.Other than that, I'd suggest trying to back up the files you want to keep on a flash drive or disc, and doing a system reset from there. If the problem just lies with Chrome, however... you could try removing it completely (or resetting it), to remove the damage, although it would remove any plug-ins you don't want removed most likely.
Bleepingcomputer is the best website for all computer repair/virus removal needs.
How does Adwcleaner work? I don't like downloading stuff randomly, not because of viruses because I trust my antivirus, but because I end up having millions of files in my laptop I don't want and I'm too lazy to erase one by one.
What program did you suggest? I don't see any posts from you earlier I could try re-installing Chrome, most of the setting and bookmarks are saved to your Google account and the plug-ins are no big deal. Most of them were installed when I needed them. About extensions, I'd just have to install Adblock again. I don't really use the others and still, the McAfee one installs automatically.
I suggested www.shouldiremoveit.comAs for reinstalling Chrome, it might not be a bad idea to give it a shot.
I can't re-install Chrome now . It says there's an error and tells me to check if the program is running but it can't be running if it's uninstalled. Also, I discovered I'm getting the same issue in Internet Explorer too but I didn't have it last time I used it some time ago...
Change your DNS: use Comodo's Dns, 22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199.Download Rkill, HitmanPro and AdwCleaner from bleepingcomputer.com.Run Rkill, wait; perform a scan with HitmanPro and then with AdwCleaner.

Lmao you so crazy.
Sadly, my country's inflation is so high you need more than x30 minimum wage just to buy a good laptop as in i5 processor and stuff. Don't get me started in the prices for food, cars and houses. If I didn't live in the third world or if I was rich I'd have a new laptop already.I did restart my laptop and installed chrome and the problem was gone. I will proceed to do the same on IE since I needed to re-install it anyway because of some bugs. I did set the option to save all my files from Chrome when I uninstalled so everything is here already. No need for tedious setups
