So for those of you unaware, I've been recently working on a very special Animation Project(Sprite Animation obviously) and I sort of need feedback...But let me explain what I'm doing in the first place.I plan to remake Major Fights In DBZ and I planned 10 Fights along with 3 Extra Videos. So Here is what I PLAN to do:
Main:

1.Goku & Piccolo Vs. Raditz
2.Piccolo,Gohan, Krillin,Tien and Yamcha(And Goku) Vs. Nappa
3.Goku Vs. Vegeta
4.Vegeta,Gohan,Krillin,Piccolo and Goku Vs. Frieza
5.SSj Goku Vs. Frieza
6.SSj&SSj2 Gohan Vs. Cell
7.SSj&SSj3 Gotenks Vs. Super Buu
8.Ultimate Gohan Vs. Super Buu(Gotenks Absorbed)
9.Vegito&Super Vegito Vs. Super Buu(Gohan Absorbed)
10.Goku,Vegeta and Hercules Vs. Kid Buu

Extra:

0.Goku Vs. Piccolo
6.5.SSj3 Goku Transformation
10.5.Goku Vs. Uub

And that's It! So I've Planned to call this Series "Dragon Ball Z Sprited Fights" and I already made a logo!

Nice project Gewku, good luck with it.
As for the logo, i like it.
It looks nice although i would have made the "Sprited Fights" text a bit smaller, and i don't exactly like those kind of lacerations in "SF" but they aren't bad.
Also try to add some effects in both those texts and do not forget to remove the white background.
I look forward to see the result :)

Thank You! The lacerations are kinda supposed to be there. To give meaning to the words. I tried it without lacerations and it looked weird.As for the effects....I'll have to see what I could do...Maybe some glow or other things...And for the white background...nah don't worry about that.I uploaded this picture in JPEG which has no Alpha channel meaning that there cannot be a transparent color in the picture..,I however have a PNG version without the white background...so I got that covered. The only reason I uploaded in JPEG was because JPEG files are much smaller than PNG files thus they could be uploaded faster.

Nice project. Hope it turns out well.

Thanks for the support! It really gives me a need to go on and do better things and improve as well!

Good Guess! But you're wrong...Basically The LSW Sprites look kinda outdated nowadays. So I Use something called LSWi. Basically one day a Spritist Called Angryboy remade the LSW Sprites and called his revamped Sheets LSWi. the Piccolo Sprite Sheet however is made by someone called LukasAhl1(Check his Deviantart page http://lukasahl1.deviantart.com/gallery/ ) His sprites are somehow EVEN better than Angryboys' Sprite Sheets. So you were kinda right when you said Custom Sprites.

Well, yeah, going with the vanilla ones would be a bit plain.
By custom, I more or less meant sprites you had made of your own.

Nothing wrong with working off a template though (I do it too).

Meh...I would consider myself a pretty good Sprite Artist. I could make my own sprites if I had to, and sooner or later I'm gonna make my own Sprite Sheet. Here's one of my works:

Thanks! I really like that JUS Sprite Style! It's really amazing. I also like Most of the SNES Games Sprites and GBA Games. Especially the Sonic Advanced series!
Anyway we're getting a bit off topic here. I would like to know what you and everyone else think about that test =D!

Not bad. It's a little jarring when they do that "squishy" animation, but I suppose I can understand it since otherwise you'd have to make individual landing animations and such (which can be a tremendous pain in the butt).

Kinda. there's already some sprites and I could use them for landing without the "squishiness" but believe me on this one it looks really weird without that "squishy" animation(Technical term is the "Bounce Effect") The bounce effect helps but a bit more life into the pictures, and It's not that hard to do. As for sound I've got that covered. I'm good with sound effects. and I even sometimes Remix sound effects to use them or even extend them! I also have a huge list of music ready for my animations sooo...I've got the audio section covered.

So you would look at the master console system two (system master 2 ) (1 byte = 8 bytes)  or in megadriver ( 16 bytes ), these bytes used  :) , what remember . is igual graphics video

The part at 0:18 were Radditz is charging with power, i'm pretty sure it wouldn't cause that much of a hassle to trim those extra manifestations of ki at the sides. I know that animation is used for ki charge on top of a solid, but they're conveniently separated from the core of the manifestation. You could trim it easily with an overlay or something.

Also yeah, the fact you just changed the dimensions of the sprite instead of using an actual anticipation and contact frame is kind of a turn off. It woud look much much better if you threw a bit more work to work on those key frames.

Also if you could add a little bit of smoke/dust to the landing and jumps and such, just so it could add more contrast as to how strong they're.

And last, add a ki burst at 0:50 when Radditz leaves. It looks pretty similar to the part at the beginning which I pointed out, so you could be more consistent and put a bit of ki there too.


It's looking pretty nice I must say! Better than anything I could've done. I've tried sprite animation and it's pretty tough, at least for me. I did Mortal Kombat animations with sprites with the good ol' photoshop and it was pretty painful. Maybe that's why I prefer 3D animations, haha.

I use Adobe After Effects, It's technically not an animation program but...Whatever, Also remember this is in very early stages. So it's not complete at all, lately I haven't been working on the animation.Why you may ask? I'm trying to learn how to make my own effects rather than rehatch them. I didn't even know you could do that with it.
Well yeah! I Animate in Adobe After Effects CS6. and when I'm done I export the video as an MP4 and Edit It in Sony Vegas Pro(Sound Effects and Background Music if I want to) I used to do animation in Flash but...I mean don't get me wrong, Flash is basically made for animation, but with After Effects the possibilities are endless, but with positives there has to be negatives, in After Effects, To use sprites they have to be single pictures, so if you still don't get what that means, that means I have to separate every pose in a sprite sheet and that could sometimes be a GIANT time waster! And this is all only the Pre-Process!(I'm looking at you Piccolo 74 Sprites which took 2 hours to cut out  :'( ) and also I mean you could still mask the sprite sheet and keep moving the mask when you need to but that's kind of an even more annoying process...So yeah, After Effects allows you to use a lot more well...Effects and is an overall much more powerful program(However it takes so much more computer performance! If I have even one. Just ONE program open while I'm animating then it will lag a lot!)

I think that's a newer version than I've got, but if I've got it right in my head what you're doing, that is  still an extravagant amount of extra work.
Kudos for the effort (and the quality of your animation).
I am truly and honestly impressed. I've always considered it to be too much work to use for animating (from what I figured I'd have to do). The fact that you can do Flash-level quality is inspiring.

But yeah, once you've got the hang of it, it's pretty versatile. I actually got it all for one effect, but found it helpful with a lot of my projects.
Maybe I should look into getting a newer version (mine is temperamental with Windows 7).

Honestly, good work.
