Also, what about Guild levels? I liked that from WoW. Didn't care about the perks, it was cool to have a Guild Level and actually work together to raise it
Wouldn't everyone then create parties only with Guild Members instead of creating one with others from other Guilds? And giving the "Guild Member party" exp bonus is kinda lol.If you create a Party you get less exp like in every other MMO. There is no bonus exp in it. Only if there is an event...like the one DBO had. In a specific time there was exp and zenny bonus "event" (daily). That's the way it works. Not saying it's a bad idea...it's actually a good idea but DBO isn't too hard that you would say we need bonus exp^^ Leveling up is pretty easy. ;D
So we all know how when you are in a group you get less xp because of there being multiple people in a group. But what you get xp increase from being in a guild. (no not just being in a guild) i mean being partied with players in your guild. I feel like it would be a great way to get players in guilds to work together more. and also the more people you add to the guild is the higher increase of Xp you get like every 5 members added youget a +2 added to the amount of guild xp but it should have a limit to the amount of exp that is increased like to +20 at max or something
Guild - All your friends in one big party, lets call it party.Regular Party - 5 people joined to beat hard core boss (mostly).I really dont know what you people talk about.Solo quest are the best way to have fun.In PW we had challenge, who will solo boss in quests or similar.Plus ones who played DBO they know about EXP Pots. There use to be Bee event too, you could get EXP Pots there too.Trust me it was too easy to level up in DBO.No need to make it easier.
If you're coming up with features to add after the game is finished, you can't go wrong following WoW. When in doubt, follow WoW. lol.
it don't have much sense imo... it's unfair for those that are not in guild. And guild party is not different from regular one why would guild party gain extra exp and regular one not...Imo this will just break balance in game...
clearly you never did reps, or spam tmq just ot get exp in the dark days of dbo. Grinding took FOREVER for EVERYONE at EVERY LEVEL. Break the balance? It would give mobbing classes some authority and help out the guild. As fas as balance goes for those without a giuld. Its not like its hard to get one. Why play a game if ur gonna solo everything and play by yourself? thats not how DBO works but we HAD to make it work like that. Why not try something diffrent and boost partys exp and throw some more if ur with a giuld member or two. That doesnt sound like unbalanced to me, it sounds like fun grinding. In the end thats all we really want. or at least this guy does
I'm posting this without reading all the things posted, but imo it isn't a bad idea (I'm going from what the title of the thread implies) as long as it doesn't go overboard , and I mean that as in a way to encourage people to be sociable or join parties and stuff. I guess it prob be better if it was party exp instead of guild exp so that everyone has a chance . but I don't really care the game is awesome without it. Not that significant. I am awesome , later.
Ok since I can't watch this any more I need to make this post. Here is what will be in DBOR:1. You make account and make char, lets say Namek2. Meet friends there and make party if you are too easy to kill mobs lvl 1.3. Finish every quest and get adult4. Make Guild5. Get level capI need to ask you all, how/when you will use that exp for guilds???From lvl 30 - 38.I don't like this idea at all, let all stay as it was in DBO.Wana extra Exp, beat Bee in events and get extra EXP Buff.Use and talk about things we use to have in DBO.You people want everything easy way then why the hell we need quests..Lets DBOR Team set our level max and you don't need to do anything to level up.... It is lame guys.
