My fav isn't there so I picked good old Ronnie.Frank Zane's my fave. Arnold is a close second... I used to idolise Arnold when I was a kid. Only later to find out his a little douchey
Franco is a legend and really showed amazing strength at such a small body frame he was born with. He is like a hall of fame bodybuilder and would be my pick but he is my dads time and I gotta go with the new age lolBrad is probably my favorite new strong bodybuilder really impresses me every time he posts a new video. The box jump height is ridiculous lol.
He's really something . He has everything , body , strength , endurance, explosiveness and he's still young .Thx for telling me about him
Lol np so do you lift too?
Where is Mike Chang, and the afterburn effects?
LOLLL The shortcut master?
Well , kinda ...I don't have a gym throughout the year tho. I only get to go for 2 months when I'm in vacantion since I go to another country . Those 2 months are almost up , but I hit it as hard as I could , 3-4 hours . After , I'll just do bodyweight exercises till next year ...Ye ..I know ...**** my location rofl
Lol true thats not bad that you dont got a gym membership. Im lucky i play college ball so i get to lift for free in a weight room with nice equipment for free. I always tell my friends who are new to lifting or cant afford a gym membership to make a workout out of anything and when you have time to workout be imaginative lol.
Still ...A gym is amazing ....but u gotta do both ...you get benefits from both , you can't expect to do only one and be good at the other. When I switched from bodyweight to weight lifting everything was so weird . I had to llet my stabilizer muscles to get used with the change let's say from push-ups to bench press. But both have benefits in their own way . Hopefully I'll get to stay more net year and develop a more complex programm including bodyweight exercises through out the day .
For sure if you ever find yourself in Tampa Florida hit me up and we can train haha
