Hello guys, i am making this thread to talk about health and those who enjoy to workout. I am sure Xarlock will like this page.

I always loved fitness, sports and just plain working out.

So, if anyone wants to talk about getting a workout routine or want a good diet please feel free to post and ask questions here.

I use to go to the gym but recently stopped because my account expired and i've been busy with school and shit. These days i keep it very simple.

Mon-Fri - Full Stretches. Stretches are good because it gives your body more mobility and it will make u feel better overall.
Mon - Fri - 25 push ups every morning.
Mon-Wed-Fri - 10 Minute ab workout and 100 squats (In sets)
Tues/Thursday - 100 push ups
Sunday - Nice run through a park or track



This isn't much but, it's something i do now since i don't go to the gym now. If you guys want any tips or just wanna speak about fitness just come here to ask questions

I used to be a gym junkie, gaining mass but now I focus on endurance running. I roughly run for 8-10k a day combined with light weight sessions every second day with a rest day on Sunday.

IMO being sharp & athletic >>>>>> being a walking action toy.

i mean have you ever fought a bulky dude with no endurence ? man i did, man it was fun, i just had to run around to make him give up lolol, dem + 26% speed boots

no but for real, if any of you wanna become bulky never forget the endurence, just look at Alisteroid Testostereem, that fatass is on a losing streak on MMA because he has no endurence.

Ehh Im not really a gym guy, but sometimes I do buy a week of gym to check if there is any new blood lol.
I workout every day maybe 45min-1h average, pull either a chill song or something that came directly from hell depending of my polar state :v
I always start and finish with body stretches so I dont go too hard from start  and to loose it a bit
Then Idk honestly, I work everything in a session, its just a matter to see what I feel I need to focus a little more so I end with a balanced body

i used to go to the gym then i did insanity workout but didn't complete it because i am busy nowdays but going to the gym is awesome ofc *_*

I agree with health is key.
If we spent all our time playing games, then we're wasting our lives. Besides being healthy makes life so much different, u don't have to have big muscles or stuff like that, just by being healthy is good enough to have a happy life.
I swim since 2008, I go to the gym occasionally, but I don't really like it.
I also run a lot and do martial arts for fun 1 hour all days :)
PS: I know it's been 10 days since this thread was used but I didn't want to make a new thread just to see what sports you guys do! Seemed like a waste.

So I'm like 173 cm?(5.6/5.7 ft?)tall , 18 y/o, weigh 60Kg(132Lbs?), I never work or do shit, I eat a lot and don't gain any fat/weight, I just got dat overload on testosterone running through my vanes I guess.

I think I can only do like 60 push ups straight and I only went to the gym once in my life with my friends and as far as I can remember I could 'Lat Pull down' with wide grip 60Kg(132.277lbs?), which was like 2 years ago. Did that Bar Brothers shit for a while cause me and my friends are poor af, but we quit when school started getting a lil serious.

Since I got a shitload of time now; Looking for a work out plan to get stronger/recommendations. ^^

You can do insanity workout it's good workout and you can do it at home
